Is it possible to change the Reddit username?
No. It is not possible to change the Reddit username once you have created the account. The only solution to this question will be creating a new Reddit account. On the other hand, Reddit supports changing the display name. You can change the display name on Reddit for N number of times.
Change Reddit Display Name
- Open a web browser on your PC and sign in to your Reddit account.
- Once signed in, tap your profile name on the top right corner and select User Settings.
- Tap the Profile menu located next to Account section.
- Under the Display name (optional) section, remove the old name and enter the new one that you want.
- Upon entering the new name, the details will be updated automatically. You don’t need to hit the save option. As we said earlier, you can’t change the Reddit username once it was created. Hence, make sure to enter the wise name while signing up. If you have signed up using a Google account, Reddit will assign a random username.
