While this problem is known to affect all kinds of different makes and models of wireless adapters, it appears to be infecting devices with Broadcom wireless adapters quite frequently. Locate the latest driver for your Broadcom wireless adapter under the Wireless category and download it.
Install the latest driver for your Broadcom wireless adapter. Once the latest driver for your Broadcom wireless adapter has been installed, your computer should start detecting wireless networks around you like it should be. It should be noted that it is entirely normal for your Broadcom wireless adapter to either stop detecting wireless networks around it or display the “This device cannot start. The un-installation and reinstallation of the Broadcom wireless adapter’s driver is bound to fix any issues you might face after installing the latest drivers for your wireless adapter in order to get it to start successfully detecting wireless networks after a Windows 10 upgrade.
